Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I measured correctly?

Don't worry!  Foam is forgiving, and measuring is easy.  Just measure from seam to seam on the width, depth and thickness.  If you still don't feel confident in your measuring you can send us photos of the measuring tape on each angle, and we will take it from there.  Send them to cushionrefills@gmail.com

How long do orders take?

Typically, 2-4 weeks for dacron wrap.  Polysilk and down feather wraps can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Can I send my covers for you to measure and fill?

Yes!
Please send to : 2625 S Santa Fe Dr Bldg 1B, Denver, CO 80223
Please include a note with your name, email and type of fill/s you want.

What if I don't want to send covers or measure myself?

You can always send us pictures to our email: cushionrefills@gmail.com
Take a picture of your measuring tape on your cushion for each measurement/angle and we will determine the size.  You may also send a video.

Should I worry about measuring exactly?

If you follow our short video on HOW to MEASURE it will be so easy!  Dont forget, foam can squish.  We are always here to help!  Even the customers who had the least confidence ended up doing a measuring great job.

What if I measured wrong?

Foam is very malleable, you can send it back to us with your covers and we can make it bigger or smaller, and we will adjust it.

What if I don't like the firmness I chose?

Be sure to visit the fill type page where we describe each fill type.

How do I refill my cushion when it arrives?

Your cushion will arrive preshrunk in an easy tear away bag, that makes it easy to stuff.  You can also watch our video on how to stuff.

What types of cushions can I get restuffed?

Any and all cushions.  Nothing is too big or too small.

Is it easier and cheaper to just buy new furniture?

Not in the slightest bit.  All of our foam is upholstery quality and will endure for years.  Most of the new furniture on the market has substandard foam, due to increased cost in production and raw materials required to make the foam.  With over 40 years experience doing this we have noticed that unless the piece of furniture is high-end, you are getting cheap foam.

How long does foam last?

Although there is no expressed warranty, our standard foam is rated 3-5 years and premium is rated 10-15 years.
